Our 5S workshop begins with a free initial consultation, where we discuss your goals and wishes and determine whether we can help. If so, the workshop begins with a preparatory task for you. At the same time, we will send you the necessary materials by mail. We will then meet via Zoom in a team of approximately 5-7 people to work together on the 5S method. We will design a shadow wall and successfully implement it. Four weeks after the workshop, we will hold a feedback session to make any necessary adjustments.
