The FC82101 flour broom was specially developed for the quick and thorough sweeping of fine, dry substances such as flour, starch, or powdered sugar . Thanks to its soft, pointed PBT bristles, it is particularly gentle on delicate surfaces and enables low-dust, effective cleaning in bakeries, production areas, and other hygiene-critical environments.

With its compact size of 290 mm in length, the broom is particularly handy and ideal for use on work surfaces, tables, and machines. The ergonomically shaped body made of heat-resistant polypropylene (PP) can withstand temperatures from -20 to +140 °C and is particularly durable.

The bristles, made of high-quality PBT plastic with a thickness of 0.25 mm and a bristle height of 55 mm , are soft and finely tapered – ideal for picking up even the smallest flour particles. The broom meets all HACCP requirements, is food-safe , and bears the FEIBP quality seal .
